Although growing, we retain a flat structure, which allows the personnel to interact with any level of management. This enables dynamic decision making, and efficient information sharing.

Our casual climate and commitment to allow a good life balance contribute to minimize the pressure produced by a fast paced trading environment. Work hours are low compared with the hours worked at investment banks in similar roles, which we believe adds to the productivity of each employee.

Eclipse Options is an equity derivatives trading firm. We commenced business in Hong Kong as a stock options market maker, and are now covering most of the major names. Recently we've expanded to trade Nikkei 225 index options on the Osaka Stock Exchange, and Kospi200 index options on Korea Exchange. Whilst options market making is our core product, we consider a range of other arbitrage related trading strategies.

A continual investment in hiring and training of our trading team, along with an ongoing focus on software development, will enable the further expansion. Other markets in the region such as Australia and Taiwan are being considered. In late 2009 we will open our European trading office, and have started building the European trading team. We plan our initial foray into the USA market in 2010.
