Our Core Values Although growing, we retain a flat structure, which allows the personnel to interact with any level of management. This enables dynamic decision making, and efficient information sharing. Our casual climate and commitment to allow a good life balance contribute to minimize the pressure produced by a fast paced trading environment. Work hours are low compared with the hours worked at investment banks in similar roles, which we believe adds to the productivity of each employee.

Our Business, Our Products
Eclipse Options is an equity derivatives trading firm. We commenced business in Hong Kong as a stock options market maker. We currently cover 8 of the largest blue chips traded on HKEX, along with the Hang Seng and H Shares index options. Whilst market making is our core product, we consider a range of other arbitrage related trading strategies, including correlation and dispersion trading. Growth Strategy
A continual investment in hiring and training of our trading team, along with an ongoing focus on software development, will enable the further expansion of the Hong Kong stock option market making program. Both Japanese and Korean index options and futures will launch in fourth quarter 08. Other markets in the region such as India, Australia and Taiwan will also be considered. Our medium term goals include opening of a US office in 2009 and a European office in 2010.
